We get it, things don't always work out. We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the day you receive the product. Simply login to the return portal and walk through the return process.
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached and not marked Final Sale or Clearance.
Non-returnable items: Gift Cards, cosmetics, bodysuits, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shoes: Shoe boxes are such an important part of the product presentation and must be returned without damage, along with the shoes in order to be eligible for a return.
Misc: Tops and dresses can get makeup on them very easily during the try-on process. As such, items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be damaged out and not be eligible for a return.
Damages: While special care is taken when packaging the items to be shipped, accidents can happen. If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the merchandise to report the damage or the item cannot be returned.
Note: If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted by our support staff. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
